The Right Shape: Best Workouts & Tips for Easy Weight-loss(Beginners)



It's almost the end of the year and with the New Year approaching you need to think fast before you end up being in the same baggy dresses like last year!
Well, here are few tips which could change your shape, size, look and the way you feel about yourself in just 15 days...

  • Walking/Slow Jog: For those who aren't used to Rigorous Workouts in the long-run, don't you worry about being bit round in those corners; you can always start with a morning walk for good 15-20 minutes. Once your body gets into the motion, it would adapt to slow jog itself with almost no effort. And some(like me believe it's much better than Running itself!)It not only helps in much controlled blood circulations but also helps with long-breath problems and increase your life span. Don't worry, once you start doing it, you would love the way it does to your body.   • Full body Workouts: Starting from that perfect sculpted look to the glow that comes post-workout, these exercises would yield you best results in least time. Just like a Greater return with a smaller investment, it's something worth your sweat and time! With just 40 minutes to spare, you can have the long-ago-look of yours back. It should include everything from cardio to stretches and if you want include crunches too to complete the set. For references take example from the above video








    • Dancing: Whether it is dancing to your favorite party tunes or going crazy at the club, Dancing not only relaxes your mind but give your body that workout session which every fitness freak desires but can't get unless they know dancing!     •  Swimming: For the Hydro-philic people(like me!) it's a treat in disguise. Right from a Full body exercise, Strength training & Cardio it's a boon for everything. Though one needs to be comfortable at first this, but believe it or not it's the perfect body-shaper you can ever have!



















      



         Apart from the workouts & ways, there are a few tips that would help your health, weight & metabolism in check once you start with the workouts and post-workouts:
    •  Have a glass of lukewarm water everyday once after supper the night before and waking up every morning. It would help having a smooth digestion as well as burn out the extra calories that could make you heavy overnight.
    • Try cutting off the unnecessary carbs & fat and concentrate more on proteins, fibres & vitamins. Leafy vegetables, Salads, Chicken Broths, Fishes cooked with low oil and spices, Sprouted Lentils, Bean sprouts can enrich your proteins & fibre,  while Tomatoes, Strawberries, Oranges can actually help reducing your fat intake while cutting them off with their high citrus content
    • Try replacing the Banana with Apples, Papayas whenever you're hungry. An Apple could give you strength as well as your body needs like the Banana, except the Fat content. Moreover, Guavas contain the same nutritional values as the apple, but can be a bit of an issue for high eosnophils content. Papayas can also remove any blood clots or cramps in the body, careful not to over-eat if one's pregnant though
